Sketchy is an Under Construction / Work in Progress template with a fresh hand made look to warn your visitor about the developement status of the project / web page.

The template uses two styles, countdown timer and a progress bar in separate page so you can choose which one show to your visitors,

This template includes a, Ajax contact form, Newsletter Subscription form and a variety of socials networks icons to keep the visitors in touch .

Just downloaded, i'm using a crappy under construction template in my web site right now, i'm going to give this one a try!
