Select all 4 zip files and extract them. One file that's named "TPSKit21_ue51" will be there. then run the "TPSKit21_ue51.uproject" file. There is no combining and moving files around. It's worked flawlessly for me. Feel free to reply if my explanation don't help.

hey bro what folder did you find the uproject file in?! i don't see it anywhere lol in the unzipped folder!
