ThisForum.Info | Need Help

So I recently purchased the domain https://thisforum.info in an attempt to let site and forum owners register and post their site. Rather than posting it on a forum which may or may not ban you, they'd be able to post it on the site where users can see what the site is about, see how it looks without actually registering, various staff members, leave testimonials about their own opinions about their site experience, etc.

I'm looking for people who are fairly experienced with coding, or know of software and templates that can perform what I'm trying to accomplish. Sadly, I cannot pay you for your efforts, but this would be an interesting project to help you advance your skills and knowledge. SITE NECESSITIES
For ThisForum.Info I'm looking for the following features to be present.

• User registration.
  
• Site submission.
  • Site Title and URL.
    
  • Description (Minimum character limit).
    
  • Niches (Tag form).
    
  • Screenshots of site index, a thread and a user page (cropped to square ratio w/ lightbox to view full image).
    
  • Site Verification (a .txt file uploaded to root of site submission pointing towards ThisForum.Info).
    
• User testimonials.
  
• Rating System (Star-based appearance).
  

I know it's a lot to ask, but it will definitely allow for leniency and see what you can do. This will certainly let you expand your knowledge and solidify your understanding of it. Credit will be given where credit is due, of course.
