"Note to self: Never use a criminal case as a proxy war for larger social issues," is my overarching thought. That shouldn't even have to be uttered, in my opinion. Yes, I understand that "the other side does this all the time, and you're just trying to stay alive." Uh-huh. I have faith in you! I'm still unconcerned. Don't make your social cause a proxy for legal cases.

I used to think that way. But then after thinking about certain current and historical events, I realized that its 100% necessary for me to get one. I need a way to defend myself, and in a world where guns are the most effective weapon an individual can carry, its the right choice to make. When we move past projectile weapons, to laser guns or something lol, Ill get me one of those too. The only person that truly cares about myself is me, and Im not willing to put my welfare and survival in someone elses hands.

honestly i think he was in the right. the way people were talking about it made him sound like a mass murderer, but after watching footage from the event it was clear that he would have likely died that night if he didn't defend himself. plus both the guys he killed were awful ppl so thats a plus

I don't really know, but I am pretty sure that prosecutors f-ed up a lot. Everyone on both sides that looks well-informed has this opinion.

I consider Kyle Rittenhouse, a hero. He stood up for the property of honest citizens and did what he had to do without any fear. The guys he shot were looters, not peaceful protesters. There is nothing illegal about Kyle's actions. He helped ordinary people, for which he was found not guilty. And the people who think otherwise want to get back at him. I run into angry people like that very often. Recently, they wanted to slander me and attribute a case of abuse of power to me, even though I had done nothing illegal. Thanks to the lawyers from https://ndandp.co.uk/insolvency-claims/m...ce-claims/, I managed to defend my rights and prove that I was innocent.
