Thoughts on a making a Terraria server?

If a Terraria server does go live, I have 6 codes from the last sales (when it was like $.99) that I could give to regular members who haven't already got the game.

Not making a Nulled Terraria.
Just wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were, and if anyone wanted to join me if they have the game. Just want a small server with a few people.
