So i was trying to mine ethereum with nanopool which i heard should be good and i've done this before a long time ago but i wanted to try again. The problem i had was that it says it couldn't create a dag file. I read a bit about this and it turns out i need atleast 3gb ram on my gpu and i have 2 gtx 960 2gb and i was wondering if there's a way around this limit?

I tried to mine using a Ryzen 1700x and 1 GTX 1070. I made around 2 euros/ 24 hours. It was not very profitable as it would require almost 100% of both CPU and GPU.

A good option right now is AMD. RX 580. Affordable and very efficient for Ethereum mining.
