Yep, it comes with a lot of good things, and almost a full finished game that you can change, or add onto, really recommend it.

The project is latest version of the V2, and you can use the marketplace to view feature, information, ect..
There is also documentation, ect on their discord, where you can find on UE4 marketplace.

But like you said in your post, very expensive.
Would love to see if it's worth the bucks (quality code or not).

I got banned from the discord server as the owner of the asset contacted me and asked me to take it down, and unable to find it, but as he decided to contact the groups I was in and get me banned, I changed my opinionand will keep this leak/post up, but I will try get my hands on the document as fast I can.
