This is a collection of modern chairs popular in architectural visualizations. All models have been well crafted and optimized according to game engine specs, yet the assets have been created with high-end ArchViz quality in mind. Models use normal maps (main, where chamfers and details are baked and additional one for texture detail), well balanced PBS settings and hand-made UV maps for perfect lightmap bakes.
