Uh.. What now?

I got the most expensive apartments, cars (3 garages full with 20m+ worth of cars), helicopters and planes.
I also own all clothing, heist vehicles (those who are available to me).
I usually just waste my money on hookers, bounties and mercenaries.

What else should I get/buy?

You should get a look at the Easter Eggs if you already haven't. There are some pretty cool ones.
