Instructions
0. Download Unity (official site) and install it on your computer.
1. Download a zip file from below and extract a patch program to your desktop (or somewhere else).
2. Open Patch program with administrator privileges.
3. Click "Browse" button and select a folder where you have installed Unity.
4. Select version of Unity (change from "Unity 4" to "Unity 5").
5. Click "Edit" button and select which options you want to have enabled in your license, like this:

Click OK to save license settings.
6. Click "Rand" button to randomize/generate a new license.
7. Click "Patch" button, and then click "Create Lic" button.
8. Done. Start Unity and enjoy access to Pro edition features such as dark theme.

Friendly word of warning:
You should buy Unity if you like it, developers truly deserve the money. Patch program I have provided here is just for educational purposes. Otherwise, if you use patched Pro version to build and release such builds publicly online, you will end up in jail when Unity team finds about it.
