lmao, well the fact that I have so many pirated software on my windows proves that is false.
Also, even if you don't upgrade to windows 10, and you just do a fresh install, you don't need to activate it. All it does if you don't activate is place a watermark on bottom right of your screen.
Windows 10 is better than any other Windows OS before in every way.
