Upgrades down - 28/08/2016

Upgrades are temporarily down.

They'll be up as soon as Aoki gets on.

Any reason for it being down? I think its been down for a while now.

The site which we use changed domains and didn't set up redirects - for whatever reason, that is beyond me.
So now I'm just waiting for Aoki to come on and change the links.

does this mean I can refund my purchase?

Your account will be permanently banned.
Upgrade links being down doesn't have anything to do with your current status.
