Userbars are not transparent...

I understand that, but that is why I said if you want to get rid of the issue of people making black crappy
userbars with the hue settings, then Aoki or Sozin, whoever should get rid of the saturation levels and just
leave the hue color rotation.

Userbars are having the same bg as the color of the tables. I don't see those spots anywhere.

Look at the image Bokeh made, also if you change your settings for the userbars to Saturation 0%
and the Color Rotation to 1 degree then the background of the userbar will be completely black because
the userbar is not transparent, and if you eyedrop the card of where the userbar is, the hexcode is #252525
and if you eyedrop the background of the userbar it's #292929

Right - the noticeability (hope I used it in the right sense) really depends on the saturation of the userbars. Lower the level is = more noticeable.
