VCMOD ELS [Working] [No Backdoor]

I'm back here to share another addon, this time ELS DLC from VCMOD Main.

You can see people that downloaded and said it's working, and i can guarantee this one is working too since it's mine.
As i said in the previous post,i have a way of unlocking the addon if it gets locked by the DRM.
