Why can't valve update vac, or try to make it better, I feel like Overwatch isn't good enough since the people who have itdon't use it. Its rly annoying to go against a blatant hacker, and nothing happening to their account.

It really is a mystery, I don't know a single person that has advocated for it. I'm sure Valve has just abandoned it at this point and expects people to just lose interest in a better system.
