You need the Visual C++ runtimes packages. The version of Visual Studio is included in the name of the library (yours is 11 so it's Visual Sutdio 2013).
You can download the Visual C++ runtimes for Visual Studio 2013 here : http://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/download/...x?id=40784
You need x86 or x64 version depending of the version of Wamp (32bit or 64bits) but you can install both without any problem. There is no consequence installing these runtimes on your system, it enables C++ application developped with Visual Studio to run.
There is also a link when you download Wamp to download the runtimes (you just need to read all the instructions in the download page).
