Weed bad trip?

I am currently having bad trip of weed. What should I do.
I have puking feeling very nausea etc...

I'll update this thread when I'm not stoned.

Somehow managed to get sleep now I huge headache.

if your having headaches, and puking you need to chill when you smoke like smoke 1 joint every 2 hours...

True. I have low tolerance overall. The weed was local grown and high quality.
