What a "Developer" Is

Hes not a developer for one thats just Scripting and i doubt hes "Developed" even 1 line of his own code

Most developers don't make things from scratch. It includes a lot of digging, and taking codes here and there. I'm not a developer but this is how it's done.

Obviously a fully skilled developer would be someone with years of experience who is able to do things from scratch.

i'd rather let him do whatever he wants even if he calls himself advanced developer.

if he scams nobody its allright.

Well, you could say he is an amateur developer. Not an experienced one. I do some lua coding too, but I'm nowhere near an expert. I am an amateur.

He would be a Lua Developer instead of a "Developer" cus If He wants to be called a Full Developer he would have to know atleast everything about LUA Such as VGUI, Derma, Functions, Variables etc.

He technically would count as a developer but maybe like a junior developer as he isn't too good but he isn't terrible either

If he can coded a easy hud, maybe he - newby developper, but be abble to a config gmod this isn't a developping

He never said that he was a developer of GMOD if you actually read the thread you can see for yourself what they are talking about and yes I do know this thread is a bit old.
