I listen tolofi beatsand browse nulled; replying to threads to help people who are sad.

In all seriousness though, I usually just listen to music, watch YouTube, or play video games. Keeps my mind busy/distracted from whatever I'm sad about. Depending on how sad you are, never be afraid to talk to someone close if you feel lonely.

Crying helps me a lot, just to relax to be honest. I also listening to music and try to find something funny to watch

When im sad, i watch funny things, i speak to a close friend, speak to a parent, play a game, watch a film, do something to take your mind off it

When i am down i start to watch old horror movies in the background and play some relaxing games on the second monitor

I do nothing, sadness itself passes. Often, I just eat or watch movies.

Listen to some good music.
Chilled, bassy vibes will always cheer me up.
Also -- just venting to someone, usually someone I like... It really helps. I like writing and being like really descriptive about my emotions...
Venting is probably the best thing. FInd someone you can talk to.
