What do you do when you are sad?

Drugs and alcohol, most of the time. Also going outside if it's sunny, taking a walk in nature or something.

I get over being sad and carry on my day it usually helps but sometimes just have a rest and forget about it.

I watch porn, not that it's the best thing to do I think but it keeps me busy. I hear from like this nofap group that it's not good for you but I like it.

I think talking to someone helps, since you are hearing someone elses opinion rather than your own mind
