What do you do when you are sad?

Hey guys, I am sad right now, what do I have to do?

Chat with a friend, consulate about your problem that will be helpful.

Excercise most of the time. Helps me get my mood up and I overall feel better physically.

When im sad and depressed I just lay down pull out my headphones and phone and listen to some music, or I launch up LoL do destroy some kids to feel better about myself.

Playing game with my cousin. He is really good cousin

I chill to some music and take my mind of things..

I just sit in my room, listen to music, and yea you know. I just like being alone.

I just lay in my bed and lisen rick and mortys evil morty sad song, and then just seeing some random videos on youtube

Just watch some youtube or hang out with friends, that's what I would do.

I would watch a Netflix series or I'm going to hang out with my friends.
