What do you guys think of the 15 post rule?

it seems like a lot of people just try to get their 15 posts together to download stuff.
This just generates spam in my opinion. So what do you guys think?

Even I am a newcomer here but to post something unnecessarily is really something I am not in favor of at all and I see there are things done in this forum to keep and eye on it. I was looking at some content and really felt I should say something there. After the post I got a message in RED that the last post here is one month old plz don't bump the thread unnecessarily.. I was like wow but that doesn't mean they are stopping it's just a warning they have to give.

My opinion is that 15 post are to much, because you need to spam whole the forum if you wan't it fast

Maybe its difficult to reach that limit. I'm much of a reader than a speaker...
