Teleportation typically involves scanning matter, sending a set of instructions and rebuilding matter at a secondary location, where then the matter at the primary location is destroyed, vaporized, or mixed into a slurry of matter atoms for future teleportation use.
That said, it is completely immoral to charge me for pizza teleportation using my own teleporter, if I'm already paying for the matter slurry, I should be able to just keep the set of instructions for making one pizza, and use that data to make as many pizzas as I damn-well please.
tl;dr - pizza piracy is the only solution.

Something I don't think people think about very often tho when they invision this future with drones flying everywhere is that they're incredibly noisy.
I can't imagine that flying (pun not intended) for very long before people start pulling shotguns and passing regulation.

fast food delivery will likely be one of the last industries to get drone delivery. it's not exactly a prospering industry - focus will be on shipping (like amazon) and grocery shopping delivery.
the UK has a supermarket chain trialling bodycams for delivery drivers - you leave them a key and they go into your house and put your food delivery away for you, so you don't even have to be at home when the delivery comes. the bodycam footage is then sent to you so you can review it.
