What do you think happens when you die?

I truly believe we're just a simulation (experiment) and after we die, our memories will just die off together and if you're the chosen one, you'll get to experience another life in a simulation but somewhere else maybe more technological advanced.

I think nothing happens, just emptyness and black.

Pretty much what trist234 said, you just go into a dream state [this is where hell or heaven is created by the human imagination] and you go on living that for a while and then your lights go out and you're done.

Same thing that happens before you were born. Just think about it

When I was a kid (5-7), I had this theory that our world is just a dream, when we die we finally wake up to the real world. Thinking back on it, that'd be crazy if it was a loop. You die, you wake up, but this happens forever. That's what I hope, I guess.

I think that when we die, we relive what we are now, if you know what I mean? I'm not someone who believes in god, yet I do believe in an after life of some sort. The same thing we see now, we can see and feel, and I just think that's what life will be like after we die, hopefully.
