patience, you gotta be patient, any dream takes time, and 90% of the time people give up because they dont see it going anywhere, leading to them saying its impossible, all of your idols were in the same position as you at one point, just be patient and dont fall

persistance, motivation and perseverance!

don't forget self discipline, knowledge and courage!

First step is to set a goal as your target. This doesn't necessarily need to be huge, just something within the boundaries of your personal interest in life. The aim towards achieving this goal by doing all the necessary prerequisites before delving into the goal itself. Then comes the part where you stay focused with your eyes on the trophy. By the time you know it you are there.

Sometimes, it's knowing the right person or being in the right place at the right time. Otherwise, I think it's important to be dedicated to what you're doing and have perseverance.

A good balance of passion and hard-work, time management, forward thinking and being proactive rather than being reactive

Knowing exactly what you want from life and how to achieve that. Success is different to each person.

There is so many path to victory but i would guess: Determination and patience is one of the many keys to get there. If you truly love something you just have to get there with all your strength and never look back!
