What is a Leecher

Title says everything, my mother tongue is not english and on this Forum there's a word called "Leecher" what is this?

In these types of forums, a leech/leecher is someone who takes stuff from the resource sections and doesn't contribute back

How would I go about downloading something without being stopped for being a "leecher?"

I'm here to contribute to the forum but I would also like to download something that one of the users has kindly shared.

First contribute. Then download. If you can't contribute (like me rn) just don't go to the resources section and engage with the community.

Hmm okay, well I used credits to get a link to download and the download was expired anyway, what a waste haha.

A leecher is someone that purposely lurks the forums to scrounge content off of the posts, like most of the leak forums people etc. That's why on here they make you post and shit which keeps the forums active too

Please put some effort into looking for the definition for this before making a useless thread.
