What is more favorable? Iron farm o villagers farm?

Ive gotten to the point where i have a chicken farm, a bamboo farm, a pumpkins and watermelon and grain carrots potatos, even honey. I feel that an iron farm or a villagers will take a lot of time so i want to know what to do next?

I'd say the iron farm first and then the villager farm, since it's the more useful of the two in general and you can trade the iron for emeralds to level up villagers that sell tools, weapons and armor
