For me, the best anti cheat is SwiftAC saves from cheaters

there is no good anti cheat as far as I can remember so have trusted administrators because it is better than nothing! ^^

I dont think you can hack gmod because its protected by vac

SwiftAC + simplac, if you want something better hire a dev to create a custom one just for you, but it would be more expensive
