How are some artists/creatives able to have a stable mindset when creating with several different mediums. For example, directing, editing, animation, camera work, photography, mixed media. Sometimes I just wonder is there some hidden secret or are some people just able to withstand all the pressure and pain that comes with this type of work. Or is it mostly trial and error. Usually, I often find some of the greatest creatives go unknown with big dreams.

as an artist i really get motivated by other artists seeing there work really motivate me and also getting compliment about my work positive and negative really make you improve and continue your work
