What pisses you off more 30FPS or Stuttery 60FPS?

Hell, was just going back to unoptimized games and found it to be fraustrating.

capped GTA IV at 30 and still the frame drops tear me and the screen apart.

How many of you prefer 30FPS vs Stutery 60?

60 stuttery frames. Isn't that quite obvious lol.........
