What's the minimum FPS for play Minecraft?

In my opinion the minimum is 45FPS, but having 60FPS will be much okay.

but I had -16 fps for some reason
I was pretty laggy and I pressed F3
it printed as -16 fps

i only play the game with 60fps+ so the minimum for me is 60fps

min for minecarft is around 30 but for best experience get a 240 hz monitor with gtx 2080 ti i9 9900k 64 gb ram along with a ninja air 58 mouse and a k95 corsair keyboard. along with the best mods that increase fps and a 4x texturepack for around 2k fps

30fps is enough but 60fps is better.
So the minimum is around 15-30

The fps are given by what? Video card, or monitor? Tkx
