What's the most stable coin to keep crypto assets in?

I don't want to keep exchanging for USD but I also don't want to have a large amount of coin sitting in BTC which can make pretty big jumps. Is there something safe I should use for my bank?

Crypto currency in general is not stable. I have some money in BTC but that coin in itself is dying.

I think raiblock might be promising, it's only a matter of time.
