What's your preferred ad blocking method?

In case you didn't know there are different ways of blocking ads. The common way, which is what Adblock plus and most other extension based ones use, is to remove the ad from the page after it loads, which means the ad still consumes bandwidth. Another way is to block the ad-serving domains, which is what Pi-Hole uses. Personally I use Pi-Hole over ad-blocking extensions because it helps with bandwidth and shitty Comcast/AT&T have a terabyte data cap where I live.The main downside of Pi-Hole is that some sites wait on the ads to load and only stop waiting after like 10 seconds, but there's ways around it. It also breaks certain website sometimes, but you can just disable it for that site or temporarily.
