What strain do you recommend for sleeping?

I have difficulty sleeping. I take ambien to sleep, and even that has stopped working. A lot of people have recommended weed to sleep, but it never makes me tired when I smoke. So what strain do you guys recommend? And are edibles better to make you sleepy??

I recommend to pet your dog and cats, before you go sleeping, thats very much helping.

Doesn't help much but I definitely do that every day haha !! The cats love sleeping on my bed

Oh isnt that dangerous? I have heared stories when cats lay on sleeping mans throat and he got choked and die while sleep.

I do OG Kush for sleeping, usually take indica since that mellows you down against sativas

I would totally recommend edibles if that is a possibility.

If not, or if you want to try smoking, try and find a really strong indica like Northern Lights, or Grandaddy Purple.

Favorite for sleep and insomnia is pure Afghani. It's not easy to find around the locations I have been to. If you have access to legit Afghani, get it! If you can grow your own, it's extremely easy to grow and produces quite large amounts if you know what you're doing. If you go that route, hit me up and I'll give you some pointers.

If you looking for a type of strain weed get indica it gives a sleepy high feeling very helpful to sleep

I think indicas are generally better strains for sleeping and/or winding down after a long day. Granddaddy Purple, Northern Lights, Bubba Kush to name a few

lemon haze is nice straine
