You can always learn something new but sometimes that can create pressure and then you just end up being frustrated since everyone is suggesting that, if that's too much just binge watch tv shows

Read more books, learn code get more educated its a perfect time now

Well aside from using the weights in the garage, I found graphic design as a new hobby in lockdown. I've never really been the creative type, but when I stopped being a pansy and really tried to use Photoshop for more than just fixing photos my wife takes, I totally become obsessed with compositing. Then that led me to Illustrator and Procreate, and now a guy who can pretty much draw stick figures can now make some relatively cool stuff. Thank you COVID!

Pick up a new skill or polish skills you already have.

Have made a lot of first had a FiveM server, then a Minecraft server and then a Garrys Mod server it's fun to do something like that.
