What was your first programming language?

Well, i was looking for software in the first place so, i started with visual basic 6.0, i still remember just how excited i was with the UI, you were able to move things around and create your very own windows form, clicking on items doing so easily programs!

qbasic when i still at junior high school. then i learn PHP

PHP was my first real programming language.
But I used to dabble with HTML/CSS before that.
After that, I went for Javascript/JQuery.
I think these taught me a lot about modern-coding methodoloy.

Recently, I've taken a C++, but it's much more challenging.
Doing OOP is a mind-fuck for me sometimes.
Like it makes my head spin if I've been staring at lines of code for too long.

My first languaje was JS, and nos i know about JS, Python, C# and C++, best lenguaje forma me was JS, i love it.

Pascal ABC, XD, we took it in school. It's easy, but I don't understand anything because I prefer Humanities.

I started with Delphi and JavaScript, back in 2002. I've been over Java, C#, PHP and all the other mainstream languages but I've learned to prefer working in JavaScript or TypeScript.

Started learning C++ a few years ago and it has been my favorite ever since I picked it up, I have tried the other mainstream languages too, like Python or Java/JavaScript, but none of them really motivated me to continue learning, so I said I'll just stick to my roots.

I currently sit on Java, MYsql, and nodejs. - I'm hoping to learn c# soon./

python with school and it's a good language for some project

PHP / HTML were the first two I really ever had to touch as part of one of the units I had to complete for my degree.

We had to develop a locally hosted webserver where users could register an account and create / share posts (Like a very small scaled Facebook or Twiiter)
