Basic & Qbasic... was just a kid and made some text adventure type of "games" .. later got some C++ lessons in college which was a steep learning curve for me.. nowadays c# is part of my job

I personally learned python first but am now learning java.

My first language was C. I was a huge newb for a while, but I think that's true of everyone.

My first programming language was C64 Basic back in the 80ies. I stayed with Basic for some years, even in times of the first x86.

My first language was C Turbo 99,
Then by the time I moved up for C+++ by using the book "Thinking in C++ Vol1 2nd edition " which is highly recommend.

I was 14 when I start with C. Okay I lost some teeth but now I'm 31 and i continu sometimes to code in C

html and css mainly.... I prefer python though now that I've started learning it.

I literally decided to learn code by wanting to run my own rsps, so I've learned what I know 100% by trial and error. I'd like to take some classes and learn more, but I find myself having more fun by doing this myself and having errors and spending time fixing them.

My first language was Java in highschool. However, I mainly code in JavaScript now.

Java was my first. Big fan of python lately; C for anything needing efficiency.
