What would you do if you had 100 000 right now?

I'd probably pay off my Car Loan ($10k) right there.
I'd use about $25,000 of that for a Down-payment on a nice Multi-family home (Duplex)
Got about $86,400 left. I'd probably invest about $35,000 of it.
That leave me with 51,400 (I'll take out $10,000 to mess around with)
So 40k in the savings.

Would be a life changer to be honest.

I'd probably use it to pay off debts and when i'm done with that i'd save up the rest, maybe buy something small to treat myself.
