What you dislike most about DarkRP?

I'm thinking of hosting a DarkRP server, but before I do that, I'd like to know what people dislike most about this gamemode, so I could avoid doing the same mistakes on my server.

LIttle kids fucking around with the rules and being insolent. (i dont want to insult anybody,there are kids who are smart, too)
Also stupid rules that dont make sense. Building headglitching bases and its not forbidden but when the admin is knocking on your door, your base will be deleted and your printer are unsafe and you get raided.

Ive seen alot bullsh... on DarkRP servers
