Use nicehash on the equihash algorithm. For me (980ti) it pays the most for my hashrate. expect to be dissapointed though. the payout is shit

ETH Ethereum or XMR Monero will be most profitable

Personally Bitcoin is more difficult to mine than ethereum so + for ethereum

You should find other ways to get money.
