Whats your screen time on phone?

I have been trying to lower my screen time lately. Im sitting at 2 hours rn, whats your screen time?

mines like 10 hrs per day lol, maybe 10 across all the devices t most imo

2 hours. Mostly at night because I can't sleep

mine's 8 and my goal is reducing it to 5

since i work with social media, probably a lot
