When will covid be over?

I was actually thinking about this and I wonder when it will all end and when I can go outside without the risk of dying, atleast here we're still in heavy lockdown.

Never, it will most likely end up being endemic like the flu. Come to think of it, covid is so dangerous that you have to take a test to find out if you have it!

until people grow wiser and have an instinct for self-preservation, the disease will never stop, but only continue to develop

We'll have to learn to live with it...

In meaning of general, never. Viruses exponentially grow to new variants, the vaccine will reduce the harm to people for sure but it won't let covid just vanish.

maybe 2 or 3 years but all will depend by ourself

when my dad pulls the big lever that says "COVID ON/OFF", (he hasn't got his fill yet)

i think it strongly depends on how many people get vaccinated - but in general like 2 years to be "gone"

It will never be officially over, but hopefully we get a control on it in a couple years.

Nobody knows, its just a normal pandemic, maybe 2 years, maybe 20
