OK,...first of all you'll need to buy bitcoin,...among the many places to buy are localbitcoins.com, once you have bought bitcoin look for a cryptocurrency exchange to send bitcoin to & exchange it for Ripple,..a good guid is coinmarketcap,.. The best way to buy is via localbitcoin.com, with the BTC you can buy anywhere poloniex, or bittrex

Bittrex, probably the best and safest exchange for ALL the currencys, trust me
