Which PC do you think is best?

Well, so I wanted to get a secondPC just for school-basedthings such as homework and projects. I encountered the following two PC's which for their prices I don't know which one to choose, what would you choose?

i would say that the pc 2 is better has a better cpu

Second PC is obviously better in terms of specifications.

It depends of what will you be doing on it, but 2nd pc is bertter in terms of specs

second but dont you think the pc case looks old? dont you think it will be better to build your own

I am using Dell laptop. I am fully satisfied and find right value of money.
