I can't say I have cried while watching any anime, although I don't watch it that often :p

Many animes have made me sad and depressed but the only one that actually made me cry was Clannad.

If I can count in anime movies then Koe no Katachi and Byousoku 5 Centimeter caused me to cry so much I was dehydrated.

Clannad, Angel Beats, Katanagatari and most of them all Devilman Crybaby. Oh God....poor Akira...
