Which is the best VPN?

I prefer PIA VPN, its cheap and there is no logging of any kind. Also mobile friendly as well.

I will vouch for ExpressVPN, they're a little expensive but they seem to work a lot better than the competition. I tried NordVPN for a while but it would say it was connected while not allowing internet access frequently.

For me it was essential to get a high speed download link between me (Germany) and the USA east and west coast. ExpressVPN performed best for me.
