It's based on your preferences. You gotta get used to playing this "certain" agent. For me its Raze. I usually main 3 agents just in case someone takes my agent

it depends on your playstyle and what you enjoy, i like entry fragging so i usually play a duelist like reyna. i also enjoy kayo because i came from csgo and he has flashes like csgo did
