Which processors do you use?

I myself have the Intel Core i7 6700k and so far really like it.

Intel Core i5-4690k. Really good processor, although a few years old now. Probably going to upgrade to a current gen i5 in near future.

My processor is Intel® Core™ i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz

I am currently using an Intel i7 6700k. It is amazing, helps me render videos on sony vegas pretty damn fast, just makes editing things and rendering things a breeze.

Currently using AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Processor . Good for gaming.

Multiple for me. I have an old 2009 MacBook with a Core 2 Duo that I use for my day to day. Upgraded to 8gm and SSD. Does what I need.
Have two i5 Lenovo laptops (T410 and T440)
One i7 desktop that's my video editing/gaming machine

If anyone is looking to buy a cpu try searching for old server parts on ebay. For example an e5-2670 and a 2011 motherboard will cost you 150 - 200$ and it has the same performance as an old i7.
