Why Xenforo Won't load on the localhost ?

I have installed xenforo 2.0 successfully but afterinstalling of language , it won't showing anything on the screen. Please, help me to showing the forum on my localhost. I have used xenforo 2.0.

Did it work before you installed the language pack? Check to see that you have installed a language pack that is compatible with XF2. If you use an add-on from a previous version, you may have issues. If you link me the pack you used, I'll look.
