#1 I have no idea why I am addicted to mobile games but I am. Is there a reason why?

So you get addicted, like people do to drugs, porn, eating or whatever.
Learn more about your brain. You need it! It will look after your body or kill it. Look up Dr Joe Dispenza on youtube. He's a good start.
Also look up on youtube how the makers of facebook etc deliberately made it as addictive as possible. Their business is based on your attention. Your data. Your Culture is Not Your Friend. It's Your Cult. --McKenna
